Raheem Saif has worked in commercial real estate for over 30 years and has completed more than 7 projects independently. He completed all of these projects independently, which means he knows how to plan and execute tasks that are meaningful to him effectively. His vast experience within this industry has made him an expert planner and executor. Humble by nature, punctual and diligent at his job, Raheem always tries to do what's best for the company - not just himself. Raheem mentors Mountcraft because he wants everyone who works here to know that we are appreciated and valued - no matter if we're junior or senior-level staff members.
IT Engineer
Tanzeel Ahmed Qureshi is an IT Engineer with seven years of construction and real estate knowledge. With a solid track record of completing three projects involving the design and building of apartments while also working on three other ventures involving purchasing plots of land for housing purposes, he's now collaborating with his Senior Director, Raheem Saif. He can bring lots of knowledge to our company because he's been involved with many diverse types of work – from residential homes to real estate, and much more! Mr Qureshi is willing to accept any difficult challenges that may arise, so if you need something on time, he'll do it without issue.
Regarding philosophy, Mr Qureshi believes it's best to live a simple life filled with high morals and values.
Senior Civil Engineer
Mohammed Mansoor Uddin is a Senior Civil Engineer with 7 years’ experience in real estate and construction. He served as a civil engineer at Aramco for 2 years, where he worked on projects in Saudi Arabia. Beyond his time there, he has also completed 5 year-long contracts worth of work within Telangana! His expertise ranges from working on real estate and residential building projects to farms and even apartments! There are no limits to what this man can do!
Mansoor's excellent communication skills allowed him to collaborate closely with our team to deliver the best possible outcomes without fail. All because we had someone dedicated and motivated enough to go above and beyond expectations, even if that meant having more than one job simultaneously!

Mohammed Abdul Hadi, Structure Engineer, has an extensive experience in real estate and construction. Abdul's diverse range of experiences has given him a broad-based understanding of different sectors within the industry, making him an invaluable member of our team.
His expertise has extended into specialized fields such as farmhouses, houses, and real estate projects. He has overseen seven independent houses, four apartments, two farmhouses with infrastructure and three real estate projects.

Senior Civil Engineer Syed Muneeb Uddin Ahmed is an accomplished Senior Civil Engineer with a wealth of knowledge and experience in residential properties and construction, focusing on residential properties. With over seven years' worth of experience under his belt, Syed has been credited with designing five independent houses, two apartments, and three real estate projects. Though his expertise lies mainly in constructing homes for people, one trait that sets him apart from his peers is how good he is at communication – making sure all employees understand their tasks and why they are important.
